Product Warranties
We pursue a value-engineering model that focuses on adding quality where quality is relevant to a product; then reducing costs in all other areas. Manufactured products often have a best-fit what, where, and how that can provide quality at a cost savings. The Crosswater team does the leg work to find that balance for you.
Sometimes, the best “Where” for the the production of our components faces geo-political pressure that forces costs up. The Crosswater team is regularly reviewing developing markets for alternate supply of key components; and in many cases we have second and third sources available to help mitigate this risk.
Nope, Crosswater handles the entirety of the import process from Factory, to Port, to Ship, to Port, to you. We strive to ensure that your experience resembles that of a purchase from a domestic supplier as much as possible.
As part of our cost reduction and risk mitigation efforts, we use many freight carriers and transit lanes to bring in product from Asia and South America. Your product will likely transit one (or if you order regularly, all) the following paths:
Crosswater partners have Marine Transit Insurance for these rare occurrences. All Crosswater transactions are FBO Destination; so you hold no liability for your container inventory until it lands at your facility.
